Store Policy

1. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted within 2 hours of placing the order and before dispatch (subject to approval).
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

2. Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness.
  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners across India.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other external factors.
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.
  • Delays during courier transit are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been shipped.

3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • As these are perishable food items, returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only if the delivered product is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Expired
    • Incorrect item
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include:
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Order and delivery details
  • Refunds/Replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
  • Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Customer refusal upon delivery
    • Tampered, or used product packs
    • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
    • Change of mind
    • Issues caused by improper storage after delivery

4. Product Safety, Allergens & Storage

  • Products contain cashews and may contain traces of other nuts/allergens.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
  • Consume before the expiry date mentioned on the packaging.
  • The company is not responsible for quality issues caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
